I want to login to my account which was on a previous website. What do I do?
If you had an account on UpdraftPlus, WP-Optimize, or AIOS, you can log in now using the same credentials as before at www.teamupdraft.com/my-account/
If you had multiple accounts:
If you had an account on multiple sites, the credentials we migrated across (that you should use to log in) are from the account where your email address was verified.
For example, if you verified your email on AIOS but not on UpdraftPlus, you should use your AIOS credentials to log in.
If your email wasn’t verified on any site (or was verified on all three), then the credentials we migrated across were prioritised in this order: UpdraftPlus first, WP-Optimize second and AIOS third.
If you’re unsure, try logging in with each set of credentials. You can also reset your password or contact us for assistance.
Has the way I get support changed?
You can continue to get support in the way you did before.

Where has the UpdraftPlus shop gone?
Previously, customers could buy individual features of UpdraftPlus Premium and extra services as add-ons from a ‘shop’ on the UpdraftPlus website.
However, data showed customers overwhelmingly prefer to buy UpdraftPlus Premium. Add-ons accounted for just 3.5% of total orders between January and July 2024.
You can continue to buy UpdraftVault, UpdraftClone, UpdraftCentral and of course UpdraftPlus Premium, WP-Optimize and All-In-One Security (AIOS) through the new, Teamupdraft website
I have an active subscription to an add-on that you no longer sell. Will I be able to renew?
Absolutely. Just keep in mind that if you cancel, you won’t be able to buy it again.
